⚠️ National vs Non-National: Run National Production builders separately from other types. Selecting National Production auto-deselects the others and vice versa. Run each group up to 3 times, then combine results using the Final Builder List.
Pull 15–30 builders actively buying lots. For each builder, Claude finds up to 3 contacts prioritized: land acquisition person by name → local/division office → general fallback. Nationals get specific division contact, not corporate.
