Area Analysis
Identifies target zip codes, subdivisions, and acreage ranges for LandPortal using your Redfin comp data and builder pin data from Steps 2A and 2B. Your VA reviews and confirms before moving to LP.
💡 How it works: The tool groups your sold comps by zip code and subdivision, finds where sales are concentrated, identifies the acreage range that sold most in each area, and cross-references which builders are active there. Areas with 5+ comps are ranked as Target or Secondary. Your VA reviews, adjusts recommendations if needed, and the tool outputs a ready-to-use LandPortal search brief.
