Upload Redfin land comp CSVs. Off-market comps are automatically removed. Uncertain comps are shown for your VA to review individually before export.
Download limit: Redfin allows up to 350 comps per download. If the county has more, split by zip code or date range and upload all files here — duplicates are auto-removed.
Auto-removed (off-market): Any comp with no Sold Date AND no MLS Source is silently removed — these are off-market transactions that don't reflect true market value.
VA review required: Comps with a Sold Date but no Source, or a Source but no Sold Date, are flagged. Your VA checks each Redfin link and decides to keep or remove.

Builder Pins
Load your Step 1B builder session. Select up to 8 builders. Add specific property addresses from builder websites — each gets its own pin in the builder's color.
Area pins: One pin per subdivision/town the builder is active in (from 1B data).
Address pins: Click Fetch Addresses on any builder to have Claude visit their website and extract active property addresses automatically. You can also paste addresses manually — one per line. Each address gets its own pin in the builder's color.
Note: Fetch Addresses uses Claude AI (requires API key from Step 1) and takes 15-30 seconds per builder. Results depend on builder website structure — review before generating pins.
